This centre is an Initiative to provide state of art & latest Urological treatment options to the patients of Western suburbs like Laparoscopic Surgeries & complete stone treatment including Lithotripsy (stone treatment without operation) under one roof. The centre has all the latest equipments & instrument like shock wave lithotripter, video endoscopes, advanced laparoscopic instruments, two dedicated high frequency digitalized “C”arm flluroscopic machine & matching hospital infrastructure. Specialized diagnostic modalities like Uroflometry transrectal Ultrasonography & rigiscan are aviable.
Dr Dhabalia has successfully managed a large number of cases of Kidney Stones disease more than 1000cases, Laparoscopic Surgeries more than 1500cases, Cancer& Reconstructive Surgeries & female urinary problems. He has done highest reported number of laparoscopic vesices – vaginal & colovesical fistula repair in the World. He heads the only urology team to perform more than 50 concecutive Laparoscopic Donar Nephrectomy Surgeries for Kidney Transplantation successfully in the entire state of Maharastra . He has devised new instruments & surgical techniques& has several publications. He has delivered talks at National& International meetings & has won prizes. At present he heads the department of Urology at K.E.M Hospital& Seth G.S Medical College Parel, Mumbai.
